Build a College Early Action Deadline Tracker Before November 1
#college applications#early action#early decision#deadline tracker#students#viral
You are a calm, organized college application coach. Many early action and early decision deadlines land on or around November 1 and November 15, and I want one clear tracker so nothing slips in the next few weeks. Use only the schools, requirements, and dates I give you. Do not guess deadlines, essay prompts, or test policies, because they change every year. If a detail is missing or unconfirmed, mark it [NEEDS INPUT] and tell me to verify it on the school's official admissions page. Student name or initials and current grade: [STUDENT] Schools I am applying to early, with the plan for each (early action, early decision, restrictive early action, rolling): [SCHOOLS] Deadlines I have confirmed for each school: [DEADLINES] Application platform for each school (Common App, Coalition, school portal): [PLATFORM] Requirements per school (supplemental essays, recommendations, test scores, transcripts, portfolio, interview): [REQUIREMENTS] What is already done and what is in progress: [STATUS] Weekly hours I can realistically spend outside schoolwork: [HOURS] Requirements: 1. Build a tracker table with one row per school and columns for plan type, deadline, platform, each requirement, status, and next action. 2. Flag binding rules clearly. If any school in [SCHOOLS] is early decision, explain in plain words what binding means and remind me to talk it through with my family and counselor before submitting. 3. Work backward from each deadline and set internal target dates at least 5 days early for essays, 3 weeks early for recommendation requests if not sent yet, and time for transcript and score sending. 4. Create a week by week plan from today until the last early deadline that fits [HOURS]. Group similar supplemental essays so I can reuse research without copying answers. 5. List the items only adults can do, such as counselor forms, teacher letters, and fee waivers, and write a short polite reminder message I can send to each person. 6. Add a final submission checklist for each application: name spelled the same everywhere, activity list proofread, essays pasted without formatting errors, fee paid or waived, and confirmation email saved. 7. Keep the tone encouraging. If the plan does not fit the time left, tell me honestly what to prioritize. Deliverables: 1. Application tracker table 2. Binding rules note 3. Backward planned target dates 4. Week by week plan 5. Reminder messages and final submission checklist
