Create an OKR Framework

Create a quarterly OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework for the following:

Company / team: [company name or team name]
Quarter: [e.g. Q2 2026]
Company stage: [early startup / growth / enterprise]
Top priority this quarter: [your single most important focus]

Create 3 Objectives. For each Objective:
- Write a qualitative, inspiring Objective statement (what you want to achieve)
- Define 3–4 Key Results (measurable outcomes that prove the Objective was met)
  - Each KR must be specific, measurable, and time-bound
  - Include starting baseline and target number where possible
- Add one initiative or project that will drive each Key Result

At the end:
- Flag any dependencies or risks that could block these OKRs
- Suggest a weekly check-in format (what to review, how long)
- Recommend a scoring approach for end-of-quarter review
