Write an NPS Follow-Up Email

Write NPS follow-up email templates for all three respondent types.

Context:
- Product/service: [WHAT IT IS]
- NPS survey trigger: [POST-PURCHASE / QUARTERLY / ONBOARDING / etc.]

Detractor follow-up (score 0-6):
- Goal: understand the issue, show you care, attempt rescue
- Tone: empathetic, not defensive
- Include: genuine apology, offer to speak, specific ask for feedback

Passive follow-up (score 7-8):
- Goal: understand what would make them a promoter
- Tone: curious and helpful
- Include: thank you, specific question about what would improve their experience

Promoter follow-up (score 9-10):
- Goal: thank them, ask for a review or referral
- Tone: warm and enthusiastic (but not over the top)
- Include: gratitude, easy CTA to leave a review or refer a friend

For each: subject line, preview text, email body (under 120 words).
