Create a structured interview question bank for the following role:

- 2–3 follow-up probes for each question
- What a strong answer looks like vs. a weak one
Also provide:
- Opening questions to build rapport and set the tone
- Role-specific technical or skills questions (3–5)
- Questions to assess culture / values alignment (2–3)
- Questions to close: what to ask that lets the candidate assess you
- Red flags: answers or behaviours that should concern you for this specific role
