Conduct a structured competitive analysis for the following business:

Main competitors to analyse: [list 3–5 competitors by name or describe them]

For each competitor, provide:
1. Overview (2–3 sentences on their positioning)
2. Strengths (what they do well that attracts customers)
3. Weaknesses (where they fall short or create frustration)
4. Pricing model and tier summary
5. Key marketing messages they use

After the individual analyses:
- Identify the biggest gap or underserved need in the market
- Suggest 2–3 positioning angles that could differentiate effectively
- List the one thing I should copy immediately and the one thing I should never do
