Conduct a thorough product critique of the following:

Perspective: [as a first-time user / power user / competitor / investor]
Focus area: [e.g. onboarding / core loop / monetisation / retention / overall UX]

Analyse:
1. First impression: what does the product communicate in the first 10 seconds?
2. Core value proposition: is it clear, believable, and compelling?
3. Onboarding: how easy is it to reach the "aha moment"? Where do users likely drop off?
4. Core user flow: walk through the primary use case — where is it delightful, where is it frustrating?
5. Design and usability: any UX/UI issues that create friction?
6. Missing features: what obvious things are absent?
7. Monetisation: does the business model make sense given the UX?
8. Competitive comparison: how does it stack up against the best alternative?

End with: Top 3 things I'd fix first, and why.
