Create a Jobs-to-Be-Done Analysis

Conduct a Jobs-to-Be-Done analysis for the following product:

Product: [describe it]
Customer segment: [primary users]
Context of use: [when and why do customers reach for this product?]
Alternative solutions customers use: [what did they do before / what do they switch to / what do they do alongside?]

JTBD analysis:

1. Functional jobs: the practical tasks customers are trying to accomplish
   - List 5–8 specific functional jobs in the format: "When [situation], I want to [motivation] so I can [outcome]"

2. Emotional jobs: how customers want to feel while doing the job
   - What anxieties are they trying to avoid?
   - What feelings do they want to achieve?

3. Social jobs: how customers want to be perceived by others
   - What does using (or not using) this product say about them to their peers?

4. Job importance vs. satisfaction map:
   - For each job: rate current importance (1–10) and current satisfaction with existing solutions (1–10)
   - Jobs that are high importance + low satisfaction = biggest opportunities

5. Underserved jobs: 2–3 jobs where no current solution does a good job

6. Implications for product roadmap: what features or changes this analysis suggests
