- Subject line: personalised, under 8 words, does not sound like a sales email
- Open with something specific about THEM (company news, role, content they published)
- Transition naturally to the problem you solve
- Include one specific proof point (result, customer, or case study)
- End with a low-friction ask (not "let me know if you want a 30-minute call")

Length: under 100 words. No attachments. One ask per email.
