Write a narrative product roadmap for the following:

- Why these are the priority right now

Next (2–6 months):
- 3–5 initiatives planned
- The hypothesis or business case for each

Later (6+ months):
- 3–5 directions or bets
- Deliberately less detailed — explain why

For each initiative include:
- One-sentence description
- User problem it solves
- Expected outcome or metric impact
- Rough effort estimate (small / medium / large)

Close with: the one thing that could derail this roadmap and how you'd respond.
