Write a Product Vision and Strategy

Write a product vision and strategy document for the following:

Product: [name and what it does]
Company stage: [pre-product / early / growth / mature]
Current state: [describe where the product is today]
Target state in 3 years: [where do you want to be?]
Target customers: [primary segment]
Key competitors: [2–3 main competitors]

Document sections:

1. Vision statement: a single inspiring sentence describing the future you're building toward
   - Should be ambitious but believable
   - Should NOT be a product description or mission statement

2. Why we exist: the problem in the world that demands this product

3. Who we serve: specific description of the primary customer (not a demographic — a person with a problem)

4. What we uniquely do: the one thing your product does better than any alternative

5. Strategic bets (3-year): the 3–4 major choices you're making about where to invest

6. What we're NOT building: explicit choices about what to deprioritise and why (this is as important as what you will build)

7. North Star Metric: the single metric that best captures the value you deliver to customers — with rationale

8. 12-month goals: 3–5 concrete milestones that indicate you're on track
