Run a Design Critique Session

Facilitate a structured design critique for the following:

Design being reviewed: [describe the design — app screen, website, branding, etc.]
Stage of work: [early concept / mid-fidelity / final / launched and iterating]
Design goal: [what is this design trying to achieve?]
Critique participants: [e.g. designer + PM + engineer / full design team / cross-functional]

Facilitate the critique by reviewing against these dimensions:

1. Goal alignment: does the design achieve what it set out to do?
2. User clarity: would the target user understand what to do without instruction?
3. Hierarchy and flow: does the eye go where it should? Is the priority clear?
4. Consistency: does it follow the design system / brand guidelines?
5. Edge cases: what happens with long text / empty states / errors / loading?
6. Accessibility: colour contrast, touch targets, text size, keyboard/screen reader use
7. Technical feasibility: anything that will be difficult or expensive to build as designed?

Critique format:
- Start with what's working (specific, not generic praise)
- Frame feedback as questions or problems, not solutions
- Prioritise: P1 (must fix) / P2 (should fix) / P3 (nice to have)
- End with clear next steps
