Run a UX Audit

Run a UX audit on the following interface.

Evaluate against these UX principles and score each 1-5:
1. Clarity — is it obvious what to do and why?
2. Efficiency — can users complete tasks with minimal friction?
3. Consistency — do patterns, labels, and interactions behave predictably?
4. Error prevention — are users protected from making mistakes?
5. Accessibility — can all users access and use the interface?
6. Visual hierarchy — does the design guide attention to what matters?
7. Trust signals — does it feel credible and safe?

For each low score, provide 2-3 specific, actionable recommendations.
