Requirements:
1. Start with warm-up and timeline questions, then dig into the struggle, push/pull forces, and desired progress.
2. Include follow-up probes for emotional and social jobs, not only functional ones.

4. Add a note-taking sheet that maps quotes to forces (push, pull, anxiety, habit).
5. End with permission to follow up and a short debrief checklist for the researcher.
