Brief should include:
1. User journey — step-by-step what the user does before and after this screen
2. Information hierarchy — what is most and least important on the page
3. Key elements to include — components, sections, interactive elements
4. Content requirements — what copy, images, or data needs to appear
5. Success metric — how will you know this wireframe solved the problem
6. Reference examples — 2-3 UI patterns or sites that solve this well

This brief should give a designer everything they need to create accurate wireframes.
